The Terroir

Our vineyards, located at 300 meters above sea level with a south west exposure, benefit from an ideal micro climate for grape maturation.

The clay soil, worked using traditional methods, imparts a distinctive structure and complexity to our wines. We choose the Guyot training system to ensure the highest quality of the grapes.

Cantina Daniele Rossi is located in a privileged position along the Strada dei Vini del Cantico and the Strada dell’Olio dell’Umbria.

This context allows us to produce wines that fully reflect the essence of the region, enhancing its most authentic aromas and flavors.
