Levante Brut grapes originate in vineyards planted in 2000, located at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level.

Southwest exposure ensures optimal ripening of the grapes, while the Guyot training system, with 5,000 vines per hectare, ensures controlled, high-quality production.

Soil: Clayey, skeleton-rich, highly permeable

Production: 55 quintals per hectare, to ensure maximum aromatic concentration. These ideal pedoclimatic conditions give our Trebbiano Spoletino a distinctive character, enhancing its fruity notes and natural freshness.

The Winemaking Process
